Refund policy

We offer exchanges or credit notes on any unworn/unused goods within 15 days of dispatch for online orders. Once an order has been placed you can make changes only within 2 hours from initial purchase. Please indicate on your original receipt whether you need to exchange items, or if you would prefer a credit note which can be used anytime.

When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Garments sent back in poor condition may be subject to no exchange or credit.
