Trade Marks and copyright

Trademarks include (amongst others) the Lauro Napoli name and logo. These trademarks may be in use and/or registered in more than one country and your use of the hashtag #LauroNapoli A and access to our Instagram pages and/or our website does not give you any rights whatsoever in any of the trademarks and you may not reproduce them without our consent.

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All material included on our Instagram and/or other social media microsites including, without limitation, the trademarks of Lauro Napoli, logos, graphics, text, designs, logos, icons, images, and data is the property of Lauro Napoli Inc, and or its group companies and as such is protected by international and Canadian copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Terms and Conditions

These terms will apply when you buy any products from us. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, we won’t be able to process your order.

We amend these terms from time to time. Please look at the top of this page to see when these terms were last updated. Every time you order products from us, the terms in force at the time of your order will apply.

Descriptions and Product Information

All products displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and available only whilst stocks last. Although we have made every effort to reflect product colours as accurately as possible, we are unable to guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the true colour of the products.

All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations contained in Paul Smith’s catalogues or brochures are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them and they will not form part of the contract with you.

Purchasing Products

You can purchase our products through our online checkout process or by telephone. Please refer to the Telephone Sales section below for the numbers.

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us through our website. Our order process allows you to check and amend your order before submitting it to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the process.

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us and we reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been despatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this despatch confirmation.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you by e-mail and we will not process your order.

Product Prices

The prices displayed on this international site are quoted in CDN Canadian Dollars for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

Prices quoted in Canadian Dollars already include 15% sales tax if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. If your delivery address is outside of Montreal if you are in Canada then you will be asked to pay the 7% Federal tax and then the appropriate % of your provincial tax will be added upon delivery. Orders from USA, EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, RUSSIA, AUSTRALIA our 15% tax will be exempted but you will be required to pay your taxes and duties of your Country upon delivery.

Products that are to be delivered outside of the European Union and outside the United States of America will have a VAT deduction applied within the checkout when a valid delivery address is entered, and your package will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Your order may then be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the courier or an import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to placing your order.

All prices for our products exclude postage and packaging, which will be charged at the rates advised to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order. To check relevant delivery charges, please refer to our Delivery Information page. This excludes all purchases made in Montreal as delivery is free.

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will contact you to let you know. You then have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we haven’t been able to contact you using the details you provided during the order process, then we will treat the order as cancelled and let you know in writing.

Your payment shall not be deemed to have been received by us when we have received payment in cleared funds.

You can only pay for products using a debit card, credit card, Google Pay, & Apple Pay Please refer to our Payment Methods page for the debit and credit cards we accept.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will be taken at the time of ordering.
